Whole-Grain Tagliatelle with Shrimps 🍝

Simple & delicious pasta with shrimps! 👌

🔹Serves 2-4 people at 880kcal (2), 440kcal (4).


🔶 Ingredients

250g of whole grain Tagliatelle or pasta of your choice

400g peeled shrimps

2 onions

1 garlic clove

1 red bell pepper🌶️

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1½ cup fresh tomato puree

1tbsp olive oil

Herbs & spices: basil, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, paprika, cinnamon, marjoram (optional)

100ml red wine (optional)


🔶 Directions

Prepare the whole grain pasta of your choice


For the sauce: 🍤

1️⃣Chop the onions, garlic clove, red bell pepper🌶️, cherry tomatoes, put them in a pan, with 1tbsp of olive oil and cook until they dry and take a caramel color.

2️⃣Add the shrimps and optionally 100ml red wine. 🍷

3️⃣Add the tomato puree and boil for a few minutes 🍅


Add herbs, spices and serve 🧂
